Hi, I'm Priya, a certified life coach with a passion for empowering women to rediscover themselves and thrive. With a background in mindfulness, parenting and energy leadership, I’ve supported hundreds of women,  especially mums, through life’s transitions, helping them overcome burnout, find balance, and reconnect with their true selves. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we work to unlock their inner strength and create meaningful, lasting change. I am so happy to have attended the Mindfulness for Mothers course last month, it has completely changed my view on parenting, how I relate to my children and deal with typical daily stress from being a mother.
